Hey guys,
So I’ve been hitting the gym and also dieting for around two and a half months now. I’m 24, 5’2″, 126-128 lbs right now. I’m happy about my progression, but I’m still having difficulty in a few areas…that is, the upper thighs and buttocks. I think I may have some cellulite, the skin is a bit dimpled and rough, and I have stretchmarks on my butt too. Any kind of specific workouts I can do to make the appearance of my thighs/butt better? I’d undoubtedly want to tighten the skin.
I have read on websites that cellulite is very tough to remedy without doing things like Endermologie (an intense massage therapy that you have to get at least 14 times). I don’t know if I should look into that since its kind of costly, and I also have no idea if it will work…
